BRETT STACEY
B.Com, MBA (UCT)
The Company and its team is led by Brett Stacey who has more than 30 years of experience in Financial and Commodity markets. He was part of the team that set up the futures exchange in South Africa and held the position of Deputy Chairman for several years. He founded the first derivative broking business in South Africa which was eventually sold to Flemings Bank and later JP Morgan. After emigrating to the UK, he started the Carbon Desk which was the largest independent broker on the Climate Exchange until the demise of the market in 2011.
Brett has also advised on the development of the trading platform and registry and continues to build the team to ensure the integrity and functioning of the trading and registry system for our clients.
TERRY DUNMIRE
Attorney at law
After qualifying as an attorney Terry became an Investment Banker in the international field and joined CIC-UE, concentrating on Strategic Business development, advising such major clients as the Chairman of Lyonnaise des Eaux and Dumez. Subsequently Terry was in charge of International business development of DynCorp International. Terry spearheaded the USAID privatisation advisory function and as Special Advisor to set the privatisation policy for both Egypt and Nigeria.
Terry was Chairman of the Policy recommendations for US/Africa for the Obama administration, which was read into Congressional records and has been the basis of the Africa Policy of all subsequent administrations. He was US ambassador to the UN and has continued to have strategic steering input on US Africa policy of which the Climate policy is now an increasingly important aspect. Terry is also Director of Innovators for the Public.
ROBERT HANKES
After initial banking training Robert built up vast experience in structuring and implementing international financial and business transactions. He started at Swiss Bank Corporation, followed by Shearson and Banque Arabe Int Inv.
Following on from his banking career Robert moved on to advising on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, both as principal and advisor and then later to privatisations in the FSU.
Robert has held numerous board positions as Chairman or Director of both Publicly quoted (USA, UK and EU) and private companies in sectors as varied as Power Generation, Financial, Insurance, Mobile Telephone and Entertainment industry. He has acted as principal and advisor in transactions in Africa, Central Asia and South America.
Robert is fluent in five languages has lived and worked in numerous countries around the world. Robert brings his experience of working in both the Government and private sectors; advising on the structuring and completion of complex transactions.
RORY JENKINS

Rory is a versatile professional who matriculated as an engineer at Downing College Cambridge, changed to Law, and qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith. He now holds the position of Senior Counsel at Vaishvik Law International. Rory specialises in guiding business ventures in various commercial sectors especially technology.
He is a co-founder of Amelco (UK) Limited, which builds and manages trading systems and real-time analytics for some of the leading financial, sports betting, lotto, and casino operators. Concurrently, Rory set up ApollO2.0 Regenesis, which focusses on age regeneration via hyperbaric oxygen and wellness therapies.
His strengths extend to M&A advisory, B2B commerce, and dispute resolution, commercial law, insurance, technology, IP, employment, and insolvency.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Rory actively supports disability charities, including Autistica and Lords Taverners. Rory's sporting accomplishments include earning a triple blue in rugby, cricket, and athletics, playing rugby for Harlequins and England A. He holds Master's qualifications in insurance law, employment law, and international tax law.
KEITH THOMSON

Keith has guided a number of international healthcare, technology and financial services companies through value- enhancing events leading to successful share price uplifts or exits.
These include Phytopharm plc, a FTSE listed company focussed on plant based drugs as COO & CFO. He led VisionRT which uses 3D camera surface imaging to improve the efficacy of radiotherapy treatment for cancer patients. He also acted as CFO for Rolfe & Nolan plc, a listed company which develops software for derivatives in the financial markets. Keith has also served as International CFO for E*TRADE, and is a Non-Executive Trustee of Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere) UK: a charity focussed on providing international health and education programmes.
